The 30-year-old actress and model attended the class as part of her Hulu docuseries Planet Sex, which explores questions about human sexuality.
Cara revealed that some of the experiences on the show were more exploratory than others, as she described the session in detail which left her feeling “prudish”.
shook! Cara Delevingne has shared her shock when she was asked to take off her underwear when she arrived at a very hands-on masturbation seminar
The star of Only Murders in the Building said she was surprised by the instructor’s requests at the seminar, revealing, “I went to the masturbation seminar thinking it was going to be a classroom and I would have a notepad.
“Instead, it was a pink leather gym mat on the floor, with six people saying, ‘Well, take your underwear off. This is the lubricant.”
She added: “I didn’t know I was a prude. I think I’m a pretty hip, young, cool, down-with-something kind of girl, but I was like, ‘Sorry what? Sorry, no, absolutely not, I won’t.’ But I actually did everything that made me feel good.’
Cara, who was passionately involved in the project, admitted that she was constantly surprised by the places where she was filmed.

She said, ‘I was more like, ‘What are we doing today?’ Because every day was completely different.’
Cara explained that one of the activities was drawing blood while also having an orgasm and visiting a porn library.
Earlier this year, it was alleged that Cara had interviewed regulars at an iconic LGBTQ+ venue as part of the filming for the upcoming show.

Sources reported that filming for the new programme, which will be shown on BBC Three, took place at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern – one of London’s oldest and most treasured venues.
Cara – who identifies as pansexual – has previously been spotted on a boozy night out at the inclusive pub before interviewing regulars at the pub as part of her six-part investigation.
An insider revealed to the mirror: “It celebrates both drag kings and drag queens and makes a huge effort to raise the profile of some of the most marginalized individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
“Cara loved visiting such an iconic venue in a professional manner and learning about its history as she herself had been there a few nights in the past.
“Since landing the presentation gig, which is slightly out of her comfort zone, Cara has learned more about those who play with gender as part of their art and performances.
The Suicide Squad star added: “It has inspired her to incorporate more gender-bending elements into her own work. Maybe she’s going to tow herself too.’
Before heading home, Cara snapped selfies with the pub’s staff – including manager James, who beamed alongside the natural beauty.
